Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before the time and date of service will be charged at a rate of 75% and no shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. It is at the discretion of the practitioner to accept and alter this agreement on a case by case basis. If client reschedules within a week of the original service date the percentage taken from the cancelled session will be applied to the new session. If client cancels more than once they will pay a 50% deposit at the time of rescheduling. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Suggestive comments, sexual innuendos, touching of a massage therapist in an inappropriate way, will result in the termination of the massage session and the client will not be allowed to return for further massages.
